The Blue marker installed by your tap is CRITICAL to identifying the location of your tap. If this is removed or damaged we can’t provide the quick service necessary to aid and protect you in water emergencies. Please do not tamper with the sign.
No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently, break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure appurtenance, or equipment which is part of the water works. This includes the blue stakes that mark where the meter is. The district reserves the right to charge the customer for damages and replacement of any structure or equipment.

Morgan County Quality Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
