PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

MORGAN COUNTY QUALITY WATER DISTRICT

Pursuant to Sec. 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2026, at 4:00 pm the Board of Morgan County Quality Water District, in Fort Morgan, Morgan County, Colorado, will hold a public meeting regarding an increase in existing rates and fees.  The public meeting will be held at the office of the District, located at 17586 MCR 20, Fort Morgan, Colorado.  Interested members of the public may appear at such times and place.
