The Board of Directors of Morgan County Quality Water have determined that is now
appropriate to graze a portion of the land in the E ½ NW ¼ and a portion of the
SW1/2NW1/4 and the SW1/4 of Section 15 Township 3 North, Range 56 West of 6 th p.m.
consisting of approximately 283 acres. If you choose to bid the pasture for this three-year seasonal lease, please contact Quality Water’s District Office for a formal bid packet and submit it no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The pasture will be leased as a single unit and cannot be leased in part. This is a cash
lease with the sum total of the lease payment due prior to commencing with the lease.
