The Board of Directors of Morgan County Quality Water have determined that is now
appropriate to graze a portion of the land described as follows:
Township 3 North, Range 59 West of the 6 th P.M., S ½ Section 216,
Township 3 North, Range 59 West of the 6 th P.M., All of Section 35
Township 2 North, Ragne 59 West of the 6 th P.M., N1/2of N1/2 Section 2
Totaling 1,120 Acres +/-
Referred to as the “Weingardt South Pasture”
Please contact Quality Water’s District Office for a formal bid packet. If you choose to bid for this three-year seasonal lease, please submit it no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
The pasture will be leased as a single unit and cannot be leased in part. This is a cash
lease with the sum total of the lease payment due prior to commencing with the lease.
